Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and confident Content Creator who is comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging digital content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to develop compelling content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, present, and record engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Appear confidently on camera for promotional videos, educational content, brand campaigns, product demonstrations, and reels.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas to develop innovative content strategies.
- Write scripts, captions, and content copies aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to ensure high-quality content production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and content quality across all platforms.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics and audience insights.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable and confident speaking and presenting on camera.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Videos, and other short-form content formats.
- Basic knowledge of content planning, scripting, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with video recording and content production processes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, personal branding, or social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work or on-camera appearances.
