Position: Faculty – BBA (Quantitative Techniques for Management)

Qualification Required
- MBA in Finance & Operations OR
- M.Com in Business Statistics
- Prior teaching experience in Management/Commerce subjects will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate BBA Faculty to teach Quantitative Techniques for Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in quantitative and statistical methods, and be capable of delivering engaging classroom sessions that bridge theoretical concepts with practical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures on Quantitative Techniques for Management in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and question papers.
- Teach topics including:
- Business Mathematics
- Statistical Techniques
- Probability
- Correlation and Regression Analysis
- Linear Programming
- Transportation and Assignment Models
- Decision Making Techniques
- Forecasting Methods
- Operations Research Concepts
- Conduct classroom discussions, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate students through assignments, quizzes, internal assessments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing academic events, seminars, workshops, and industrial visits.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic activities.
- Undertake any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of quantitative techniques and business statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex quantitative concepts for undergraduate students.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective mentoring and student engagement skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Industry exposure in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to integrate real-world business case studies into classroom teaching.
