§ PEB Experience Preferred
Prepared tender documents or RFQs and selected contractors to bid for tender.
§ Awarded contracts and conducted pre-mobilization meetings with approved contactor to validate contract terms on workforce composition, materials quality and HSE regulations.
§ Directed and monitored progress during project execution to ensure project deliverables conform to design specifications and quality standards.
§ Approved payments to Contractors per milestone and closed contracts at completion
§ To supervise & implement construction projects independently assisting the Project Management team
§ Preparation of schedules, planning and costing
§ Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants, contractors for timely completion
§ Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility studies, specifying requirements
§ Should be able to produce drawings as per requirement and present to client
§ Should be able to independently conduct site meetings
§ Should be able to interact with client independently
§ Should have knowledge of current market products and rates
§ Providing technical inputs for methodologies
§ Regular feedback to Sr. Officer of the company on day today development of the Projects
§ Billing & follow up for payments
