About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Mobile App Marketer to drive app installs, user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, app marketing strategies, and performance tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize mobile app marketing campaigns.
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for app installs and conversions.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including App Campaigns, Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention rate, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Implement and manage app attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, or Adjust.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and app store listings.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to create high-converting creatives.
- Improve App Store Optimization (ASO) for better organic downloads.
- Develop user engagement and re-engagement campaigns through push notifications and remarketing.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong experience in Google Ads (App Campaigns, Search, Display, YouTube).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase Analytics.
- Experience with app install and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and remarketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience promoting Android and iOS applications.
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar attribution platforms.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing and push notification campaigns is an added advantage.
