Key Roles & Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation
Drive the MD safely and professionally to office, meetings, business appointments, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the MD’s schedule.
Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Select safe and efficient routes based on traffic and road conditions.
Be available for local and outstation travel whenever required.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Keep the vehicle clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, coolant, and other essential items.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, PUC, and other documentation.
Maintain proper records of vehicle servicing, fuel, and expenses.
Immediately report any vehicle issues to the concerned person.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the MD’s travel plans, meetings, business discussions, and personal information.
Maintain a polite, disciplined, and professional attitude.
Maintain strict punctuality and flexibility according to the MD’s schedule.
Avoid unnecessary conversations and maintain professional boundaries.
Travel & Other Support:
Assist with luggage and personal belongings when required.
Coordinate airport, railway station, hotel, and meeting-point pickups and drop-offs.
Support the MD with basic travel-related requirements when instructed.
Be prepared for early-morning, late-evening, weekend, and holiday duties when required.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean driving record.
Ensure valid driving licence and required vehicle documents are always available.
Follow company and management instructions regarding security and travel.
Exercise extra caution when transporting the MD or family members.
Required Qualifications:
Valid LMV Driving Licence.
Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience.
Previous experience as a Personal Driver / Corporate Driver / Senior Executive Driver preferred.
Good knowledge of Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications.

Preferred Profile:
- Age: 30–50 years.
- Experience working with senior management, MD, CEO, Director, or business family preferred.
- Clean driving and police verification record preferred.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English.
- Willingness to travel outstation as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
