We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online stores across various marketplaces in the UAE and India. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience navigating marketplace ecosystems, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Namshi). This includes inventory monitoring, order processing, and tracking shipments.
- Website Maintenance: Update product catalogs, manage images, and oversee content changes on our WooCommerce-based website.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and sales records using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleaning are essential).
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to optimize product descriptions, generate creative content, and streamline workflow automation.
- Reporting: Regularly track performance metrics and provide updates on sales trends and inventory status.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience handling e-commerce marketplaces in either the UAE or India.
- Strong technical proficiency with WooCommerce (updating products, managing plugins, or troubleshooting basic site issues).
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to organize large datasets and perform data analysis).
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve e-commerce workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
