Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyse, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be capable of preparing accurate MIS reports to support management in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse business data and generate meaningful insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Prepare reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, INDEX-MATCH, IF Functions, and Conditional Formatting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc., or any equivalent degree.
- Diploma/Certification in Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, Reporting, or Back Office Operations.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)
Working Days & Timing
- Monday to Saturday
- As per company working hours

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
