Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships between the hospital and patients, visitors, corporate clients, government departments, insurance companies, and the general public. The PRO ensures patient satisfaction, coordinates communication, and promotes the hospital's services and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain good relationships with corporate organizations, insurance companies, and referral doctors.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and submit reports.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Promote the hospital's services through public engagement.
- Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials when required.
- Organize hospital events, medical camps, and special programs.
- Coordinate VIP patient visits and ensure quality service.
- Maintain records of patient feedback and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies, including NABH standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Hospital Management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Hospital Administration) is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital public relations, customer service, or healthcare marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Knowledge of social media and digital communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
