About Aralya
Aralya is a first-of-its-kind wellness day programme—a space where yoga, mindfulness, movement, and community breathe new life into every age, especially our seniors. We believe that "Life doesn't retire. Neither do you."
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Yoga Instructor to join our team and help members enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized and group-based yoga practices.
Qualifications
- 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification (Required)
- 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification (Preferred)
- Experience in senior yoga, adaptive yoga, or therapeutic yoga practices
Experience & Schedule
- 1–3 years of yoga teaching experience
- Morning and daytime programme hours
- Daily structured class schedule
- Open to both Full-time and Part-time positions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily yoga sessions for members across varying ability levels
- Conduct adaptive yoga and chair yoga sessions tailored for seniors
- Provide guidance in pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness practices
- Develop personalized wellness and movement plans based on individual needs
- Collaborate closely with the physiotherapy, psychology, and clinical teams to support holistic care
- Monitor, document, and track member progress and overall well-being
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment during all sessions
