Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to join our growing AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong .NET development background and hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem.This role focuses on building intelligent AI applications and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft AI Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, and deploying secure, production-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure.The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI technologies, experienced in cloud-native application development, and capable of working closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using C# and .NET.
- Build and configure AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
- Develop intelligent applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications through REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise services.
- Design and implement scalable AI services and microservices using ASP.NET Core.
- Develop and maintain AI orchestration workflows using the Microsoft AI Framework.
- Implement enterprise search solutions using Azure AI Search, including vector search and semantic search capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications deployed in production.
- Follow best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong software development experience with C# and .NET (.NET 6/7/8 or later).
- Proven experience building enterprise AI applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience building AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Agents using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong experience implementing solutions using Azure AI Search, including vector search and semantic search.
- Experience using the Microsoft AI Framework (Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AI Extensions, or related Microsoft AI SDKs).
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications using REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG patterns, function/tool calling, and conversational AI.
- Experience deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID and Managed Identities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building multi-agent solutions and AI orchestration workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft Graph.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure App Service, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience implementing Responsible AI and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
