- 2–5 years of experience in liaisoning, administration, government relations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of government procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.
- Established network with local government and regulatory authorities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Liaisoning Officer to coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, local bodies, and external stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining approvals, permits, licenses, and ensuring smooth communication between the organization and relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government agencies, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Obtain and renew licenses, permits, NOCs, and statutory approvals.
- Follow up on applications and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and officials.
- Monitor compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding project approvals and documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official submissions.
- Represent the company during meetings with authorities and stakeholders.
