Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant cum Customer Care Executive to handle international customer interactions and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude while assisting customers across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and perform virtual assistant tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in International BPO, Customer Support, or Virtual Assistant roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
