We are looking for a skilled ETL QA Engineer with GoldenSource platform testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in validating large-scale data transformations, source-to-target mapping, and data quality across financial or enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ETL testing and validate data migration, transformation, and loading processes.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
- Validate source-to-target mappings and business transformation rules.
- Perform end-to-end testing of data warehouse and reporting applications.
- Work closely with ETL developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Conduct data quality checks, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Validate GoldenSource data feeds, workflows, and data integration processes.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Support UAT and production validation activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
- Hands-on experience with GoldenSource platform.
- Strong SQL knowledge with experience in complex queries and data validation.
- Experience in source-to-target data validation and reconciliation testing.
- Knowledge of financial data domains will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, or SSIS.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Quality Center.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to automation testing in ETL environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
