About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and actively participate in housekeeping operations across our premium short-term rental properties. This role requires leading by example, ensuring every property is guest-ready while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and prepare properties for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Supervise and guide the housekeeping team to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct final quality inspections before guest arrivals.
- Plan daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently.
- Manage linen, toiletries, and housekeeping inventory.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Train housekeeping staff on SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensure timely turnaround of properties between bookings.
- Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in housekeeping (supervisory experience preferred).
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties alongside supervising the team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
