We're looking for a Production Engineer to drive efficient manufacturing operations, improve production processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity in our lithium battery manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities to meet targets.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor production KPIs, machine performance, and output.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 1–5 years of manufacturing experience (lithium battery/EV industry preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
