Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist with experience in selling CRM solutions such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, cold outreach, and B2B sales, with the ability to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable CRM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in outbound sales within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in selling CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or IT services sales.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and outbound strategies.
- Ability to handle international clients (US/UK markets is a plus).
