This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a crucial role in shaping our technical teams and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various IT roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Analysts, Cloud Architects, and more.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential talent.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, market insights, and potential challenges.
- Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively advise hiring managers and candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the IT sector.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and guide candidates and hiring managers through the selection process.
- Negotiate complex offers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the candidate and the company.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
