Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Guest Relations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hotel/resort/restaurant operations.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest complaints professionally.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and operational forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability targets.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Review financial reports and implement revenue enhancement strategies.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Foster a positive work culture and ensure staff discipline and professionalism.
Sales & Business Development
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and travel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Maintain safety and security standards across the property.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
