SolvEdge is looking for motivated and results-driven Junior Sales / Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 2 years of experience in IT product sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Present, promote, and sell IT products to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new IT products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or technology services
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise IT products
- Ability to handle client presentations and product demonstrations
