Note: This is not a typical HR Operations role. This position focuses on Strategic HR, consulting exposure, AI driven recruitment, and Clogic OS implementation across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities (Strategic HR + Clogic OS)
- Act as a Strategic HR associate supporting client accounts in implementing structured HR frameworks
- Assist in conducting HR process assessments, hiring workflow mapping, and Career OS implementation.
- Support Clogic OS onboarding sessions including Recruitment OS, Career OS, and Analytics modules.
- Work on AI-driven recruitment assignments by creating prompts, screening logic, and structured evaluation criteria.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using the Clogic OS recruitment framework.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and hiring requirement analysis for client organizations.
- Assist in building role-based hiring scorecards and candidate evaluation frameworks.
- Prepare hiring dashboards, reports, and candidate summaries using Clogic OS tools.
- Support Career OS implementation including skill mapping, role clarity, and structured growth frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve screening quality and hiring turnaround time.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and HR consulting assignments.
- Contribute to LinkedIn hiring campaigns, employer branding, and talent outreach initiatives.
- Assist in documenting HR SOPs, recruitment workflows, and structured hiring processes.
- Support implementation of AI tools in recruitment and candidate screening activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Graduate (MBA HR is an added advantage but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience or strong internship exposure in HR / Recruitment / Consulting
- Strong interest in Strategic HR, AI-driven recruitment, and consulting roles
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand job roles and screening logic
- Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle is preferred
- Comfortable working with AI tools and structured prompt-based workflows
- Willingness to learn HR frameworks, Career OS, and consulting approach
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
- Self-driven, structured thinking, and learning mindset
