Work you’ll do:
- Define and execute the marketing operations roadmap for BPaaS offerings.
- Establish a scalable operating model covering campaign planning, content production, activation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans, integrated activation calendars, and resource requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, analytics, and GenAI-enabled operations.
- Lead end-to-end campaign operations, including intake, prioritization, planning, production, activation, handoffs, and performance reporting.
- Build campaign playbooks for BPaaS and managed-services motions, including industry-specific and solution-led campaigns.
- Lead the content operating model from demand identification through creation, review, approval, publication, reuse, localization, and retirement.
- Partner with technology and platform teams on roadmap prioritization, integrations, testing, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Manage delivery of marketing and growth-support activities across multiple key accounts, ensuring alignment to account plans, client priorities, sales pursuits, and practice objectives.
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable growth initiatives across priority accounts, industries, offerings, and markets.

Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, content operations, demand generation, marketing technology, or an equivalent commercial operations discipline.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy and audience planning through activation, measurement, and optimization.
- Experience partnering with senior business, sales, offering, and delivery leaders.
- Experience managing distributed teams across US and global delivery locations.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, matrixed, and deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conceptualize and tailor business and technical concepts and requirements for the relevant audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders to maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
