Job Purpose
This is a dual-responsibility role designed for a dynamic professional capable of managing the front-end student enrollment pipeline while overseeing core human resource functions for the campus. As the Admission Counselor, you will be the face of the school, guiding prospective parents through the enrollment journey (specifically focusing on intake for Grades V to X). As the HR Executive, you will manage staff recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee relations to maintain a motivated and high-performing faculty.
Key ResponsibilitiesPart 1: Admission Counseling (Grades V to X)
- Lead Management & Conversion: Promptly respond to inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and website forms. Nurture leads through systematic follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Parent Orientation: Conduct school tours, present the school’s philosophy, curriculum (Grades V to X), infrastructure, and co-curricular offerings, and address parental queries effectively.
- Admission Lifecycle Management: Guide parents through the registration, documentation, entrance evaluation, and fee payment processes. Ensure hassle-free onboarding for new students.
- Database & Reporting: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of all walk-ins, admissions, and withdrawals. Prepare weekly and monthly enrollment report metrics for management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional educational trends and competitor fees/offerings to help optimize the school's outreach strategies.
Part 2: Human Resources (HR) Management
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching staff (Grades V to X) and non-teaching personnel. Source profiles, screen resumes, schedule demo classes/interviews, and coordinate selection with coordinators.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Conduct reference checks, verify academic credentials, draft offer/appointment letters, and manage the complete onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive and confidential physical and digital personnel files (attendance, leave records, performance appraisals, and certification compliance).
- Grievance Redressal & Culture: Act as a reliable point of contact for staff grievances, ensuring a healthy, collaborative, and professional work environment.
- Exit Management: Handle the formal resignation process, exit interviews, no-dues coordination, and issuance of character and experience certificates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an educational institution, handling a combined portfolio of admissions and HR/operations.
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is highly advantageous for interacting with diverse parents and support staff.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
