Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations by assisting with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
