Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Preferred Industry: Same Industry Background Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and workforce management
- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely production output
- Monitor quality standards and production efficiency
- Coordinate with factory staff and labor teams
- Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow in the production unit
- Handle reporting and operational coordination with management
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
- Experience in modular doors, furniture, hardware, or related manufacturing industry preferred
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Ability to manage labor teams and production targets
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Team Strength:
- Office Staff – 9
- Factory Staff – 16
- Contractual Staff – 115
