We are expanding our franchise network across India and are looking for a dynamic Franchise Expansion Manager to drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new franchise business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Handle franchise inquiries and convert qualified leads into successful franchise partners.
- Conduct presentations and explain the NIIB franchise business model, investment, and support system.
- Arrange and attend meetings (virtual and in-person) with prospective franchisees.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise prospects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise documentation, onboarding, and launch activities.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential cities and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and business meetings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Travel extensively for business development, site visits, and franchise meetings.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred).
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, expansion, B2B sales, or channel sales.
- Experience in the education, beauty, wellness, retail, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
- Ability to independently manage the complete franchise sales cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
