Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented B2B Sales Professional to acquire new corporate clients and expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, pitching our customized flexible packaging solutions to brands and manufacturers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to payment realization.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and convert potential B2B clients (FMCG companies, food processors, beverage manufacturers, cosmetic brands, etc.) requiring flexible packaging and shrink sleeves.
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Proactively generate leads through industrial visits, market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements regarding packaging type, micron specifications, material (PVC/PET/BOPP), and design preferences to suggest optimal solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Coordination with Plant: Work closely with our technical and production teams to ensure sample development and final product delivery match the client’s approved specifications.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Payment Recovery: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to agreed credit commercial terms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: minimum 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Flexible Packaging, Printing, Laminated Pouches, or Shrink Labels industries.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Any background in Packaging Technology or Printing Management is a major plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and exceptional communication skills (Hindi and English).
- Mobility: Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings across Delhi-NCR and neighboring industrial clusters.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to open new corporate accounts.
