Job Description — Senior Architect
Position: Senior Architect
Location: Nagpur Office | Hyderabad Upcoming Office
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience
Experience: 5–10 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution.
- Prepare and review architectural, working and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
- Manage project timelines, drawings and deliverables.
- Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Review materials, finishes and construction details.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of architectural work.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of Hospitals
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp and 3D software preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, materials and site execution.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.
- Must be willing to travel between Nagpur and Hyderabad and to other project locations as required.
- Candidate should be flexible to work from the Nagpur office initially and support the upcoming Hyderabad office.
