Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role. As a Business Development Executive Intern, your primary focus will be on driving growth through client cold calls and proactive lead generation. You will actively identify new business opportunities, initiate conversations with potential clients, and build strong relationships from the ground up. The intern will also support account management tasks and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The position involves conducting market research, pitching services, and addressing client inquiries to drive continuous business growth.
Compensation
- First Month: ₹3,000 stipend
- Subsequent Months: Performance-based raise ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month
Qualifications
- A genuine interest and high comfort level in conducting client cold calls and executing lead generation campaigns
- Proficiency in New Business Development and proactive outreach
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business opportunities
- Self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work effectively independently in a remote environment, as well as collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge or experience in the automation or tech industry is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
