Job Summary
We are looking for a plant HR executive / HR officer to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves recruitment, attendance and payroll coordination, labour law compliance, contractor management, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
- Source, screen and schedule interviews for workers and staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, shift rosters, leave records and overtime.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee salary-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Factory Act requirements.
- Maintain statutory records, registers and compliance documentation.
- Handle contract labour management, attendance verification and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies for recruitment and workforce planning.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters and HR communications.
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records.
- Maintain employee files, HRMIS records and HR reports.
- Support performance reviews, confirmations and other HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in human resources / personnel management or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in plant HR or manufacturing HR.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in contract labour and manpower management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and payroll systems.

- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
