Job Description:
- Lead Pan-India sales of industrial goods, preferably capital goods/machine tools.
- Manage and motivate the sales team and dealer network.
- Drive sales strategy, new business development and profitable growth.
- Handle techno-commercial negotiations with key customers.
- Develop strong customer/dealer relationships and market intelligence.
- Monitor enquiries, conversions, tenders and sales performance.
- Participate in government/defence/institutional tenders and exhibitions.
- Provide strategic sales inputs to management.
