Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Laptop Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support for laptops and desktops. The candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing hardware issues, and replacing laptop components at client locations while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Repair and replace laptop components such as keyboards, batteries, displays, hinges, touchpads, RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboards, cooling fans, adapters, and other internal parts.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and applications.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely replacement of faulty components.
- Update service tickets, job sheets, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines while visiting customer sites.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in laptop disassembly and assembly.
- Good understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, printer troubleshooting, and peripheral support is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in laptop hardware support or field engineering.
- Experience with brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, or similar OEMs is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing tools and ITSM processes.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Ability to handle multiple service calls efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Salary
- Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).
Working Days
- 6 Days a Week (As per business requirements)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
