Rupurva Sales is hiring a B2C Business Development Executive specialising in the medical, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplements field. In this role, you do not need to generate your own leads. Your primary mission is to convert company-provided, warm consumer leads into active buyers, maximise revenue generation, and nurture long-term relationships to secure repeat purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Value Conversion: Contact warm, company-generated consumer leads to understand their health goals and pitch the right Rupurva supplement portfolios.
- Revenue Generation: Focus heavily on hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales milestones through consultative, direct-to-consumer closing techniques.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with consumers, acting as a trusted wellness advisor rather than just a salesperson.
- Repeat Business & Retention: Follow up with existing customers to check on their wellness journey, driving re-orders, product upsells, and subscription renewals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions, purchase histories, and follow-up schedules in our system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of successful experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or tele-sales.
- Industry Background: Direct experience in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Dietary Supplements domain is mandatory. You must be comfortable talking to everyday consumers about health, lifestyle, and nutrition products.
- Sales Prowess: Proven track record of high closing rates and meeting strict revenue targets.
- Relationship Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust quickly and drive customer retention.
- Communication: Flawless verbal communication and listening skills to handle consumer questions or objections gracefully.
- Education: Graduate degree in any field; background in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Biotechnology is a strong plus.
