*We’re Hiring: Financial Structuring & Investment Analyst – Real Estate*
BrickFour is looking for a numerically strong and commercially intelligent professional who can evaluate real-estate acquisitions, prepare financial models, analyse funding options, calculate returns, assess taxation impact, and recommend suitable exit strategies.
*Location:* Pune
*Work Mode:* Full-time, work from office
*Experience:* 0–3 years
Strong freshers with excellent Excel and numerical skills may apply.
*Key responsibilities:*
* Property acquisition and feasibility analysis
* Financial modelling and cash-flow projections
* ROI, IRR, NPV, rental-yield and cost-of-capital calculations
* Loan, bank, NBFC and investor-funding analysis
* Market-value and exit-strategy evaluation
* Taxation and transaction-cost coordination
* Management investment reports and dashboards
*Preferred qualifications:*
CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, M.Com, B.Com, BBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent finance qualifications.
Candidates must have strong command over numbers, advanced Excel skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain financial information clearly.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
