We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who excels at managing cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact projects, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to navigate complex business environments while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, project dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and executive status reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building a high-performance project management culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale or complex projects.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or enterprise project delivery.
- Exposure to change management and strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
