Job Title: AV Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Pre-Sales Executive – AV Solutions to support our sales team in delivering customized audio-visual solutions to our clients. This entry-level role will involve working closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, assist in preparing proposals, and provide pre-sales support for AV products and integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding client AV requirements and creating technical solutions based on needs.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and technical support) to develop project scopes and cost estimates.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits with senior team members to gather technical inputs.
- Prepare Technical Drawings BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies (Active LED, Projection, DANTE Audio, USB and Type C Switching)
- Support in RFP/RFQ responses and tender documentation preparation.
- Provide demo setups and basic technical support during client presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in AV pre-sales, system integration, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of AV products (displays, speakers, mics, AV switches, control systems like Crestron/Extron/AMX).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
