Job Summary
An Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, improve, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. The therapist works with individuals affected by physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence.
- Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid registration/license as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of clinical experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, or home healthcare.
- Experience with psychiatric, paediatric, or geriatric patients.

- Multi doctor clinic in Lucknow - under supervision of Psychiatrists and Clinical Psychologists
Pay: Session based - negotiable as per experience and interview
Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,400.00 per hour
