Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the system.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Real Estate Sales, BPO Sales, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Rotational weekly off
- One Sunday may be a working day per month based on business requirements.
