Recruitment:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).

Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Create and post job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain applicant tracking systems.

Ensure smooth onboarding processes, including offer letter issuance, background checks, and new employee orientation.

Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
HR Operations:

Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.) in the HR system.

Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related documentation.

Support HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company standards.

Manage employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

Assist with performance management, training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update policies accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
1-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
