Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Technical Analyst to provide technical support, system enhancements, release management, and integration services for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll applications. The role focuses on technical development, reporting, integrations, data migration, and application support while ensuring seamless HR and Payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to Payroll modules.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Core HR, OTL, and Absence.
Design and develop OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
Configure and maintain HCM Extracts for Payroll and downstream integrations.
Perform bulk data uploads and migrations using HDL.
Develop and support integrations using Oracle APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Support release management, system enhancements, and change migrations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application issues and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll technical components.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, SQL, and Oracle APIs.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP Web Services, and Payroll integrations.
Strong SQL and database querying skills.
Experience in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll business processes.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation, OLC, and Payroll.
Knowledge of BPM Worklist and integration troubleshooting.
Project management and release management experience.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
