1. Educational Qualification
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or Arts).
2. Work Experience
- Experienced Roles : 1 to 3 Years candidates with prior exposure to B2B sales or sales experience within related sectors (printing, packaging or paper trading).
3. Essential Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of paper types (Kraft, Duplex, Fine Paper, Board), paper specifications (GSM, Bursting Factor, reel vs. sheet sizes), and application areas (printing, publishing, corrugated box manufacturing, food packaging).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel (for sales reporting and price quotes) and familiarity with ERP systems.
4. Key Personal & Functional Skills
- Communication & Negotiation: Clear verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and the Local Language (regional language based on the job location) to pitched products to clients and distributors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
