Minimum Experience - 5 to 7 Yrs. in Railways & Metros.
REQUIREMENTS -
· Diploma in (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) Engineering.
· Proven experience in Machine Maintenance
· Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
· Good communication skills.
· Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
· Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, systems, and processes
· Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures
· Perform diagnostic tests and analyze data to identify and resolve problems
· Develop and implement repair plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
· Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
· Prepare and submit technical reports, and other documentation as required
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
