Job Summary
The candidate will lead our overseas sales operations across both online and offline channels. The role involves expanding the company’s footprint in global markets through distributor management, key account development, and by establishing a strong presence across international e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will combine strategic market insight with hands-on execution to achieve sales and growth objectives.
Key Deliverables – Offline
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and key retail accounts across global regions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize trade terms, contracts, and pricing with overseas distributors and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align product portfolios with regional market needs.
- Monitor channel performance, ensure timely order execution and payment collections.
- Develop and execute country specific marketing campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to export documentation, trade compliance, and regional legal regulations.
Key Deliverables – Online
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for international online sales growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and empanel new e-commerce marketplaces across key international regions
- Manage relationships with marketplace category managers and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely listing management, inventory updates, and compliance with each marketplace’s operational standards.
- Analyze platform data and trends to recommend data-driven actions for growth and product expansion.
Desired Skills
- Post Graduate in Business Administration or International Business with 8 to 12 years of experience in the International / Global Sales.
- Preferred exposure in Consumer Products / Appliances / Consumer Electronics and Lifestyle Products.
- Proven experience in managing both offline distribution networks and online marketplace operations across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, export documentation, and cross-border trade dynamics.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office Tools (Excel & PPT).
