Job Title: Sr. HR Executive
Job Location: Noida (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Executive who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while driving a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and people management.
The candidate should be capable of handling multiple HR functions simultaneously while ensuring employee engagement, policy compliance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
2. Performance Management (KRA & KPI)
- Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across departments.
- Monitor employee performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct probation and performance review meetings.
- Identify low-performing employees and prepare Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Coordinate with department heads for employee evaluations.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Ensure accountability and ownership across teams.
3. Team Management
- Lead and mentor junior HR team members.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily HR activities.
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Improve HR efficiency through SOPs and automation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct counseling sessions where required.
- Promote a positive and healthy work culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
5. HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage employee documentation and personnel files.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Ensure policy compliance and HR documentation.
6. Joining & Exit Formalities
- Complete onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate induction programs.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process resignations and Full & Final (F&F) documentation.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer during employee exits.
- Coordinate asset recovery and clearance.
7. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
- Manage leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance reconciliation.
- Handle employee attendance-related concerns.
8. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Plan recognition and reward programs.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and company events.
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
9. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Update HR policies whenever required.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
10. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment KPIs.
- Monitor attrition and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics.
- Generate HR dashboards for management.
