Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and file tax returns as required.
- Assist with audits and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of accounting experience (adjust as needed).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, construction, or relevant industry.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
