Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM platform, executing targeted email and SMS campaigns, segmenting customer data, and analyzing campaign performance. Your ultimate goal will be to improve customer retention, increase lifetime value (LTV), and drive brand loyalty by delivering personalized, timely communications.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
