We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines
- Document interactions and update records in the system
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Preferred:
- Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service (not mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred
