Role Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision of factory operations, manpower management, production activities, safety compliance, housekeeping, inventory movement, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise overall factory operations and daily activities
- Manage workers, operators, helpers, and housekeeping staff
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and overtime
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Supervise loading, unloading, and material movement
- Maintain discipline and workplace safety
- Coordinate with logistics, stores, maintenance, and management teams
- Monitor machinery utilization and report breakdowns
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the factory premises
- Maintain operational records and daily reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to management
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Director
- Supervises: Operators, Helpers, Labour, Drivers, Housekeeping Staff, Security Staff (as applicable)

Experience
- 3–8 years in factory, warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or operations supervision
Salary Range (Delhi NCR)
- ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and team size)
