Hiring: WhatsApp Sales & Conversion Executive (15-Day Gig)
The Traitors in the Hills — a game-themed weekend getaway (Chandigarh → Solan Hills, Sep 26–27) — is live and getting strong inbound interest. I need someone to own the conversations and actually close registrations, starting immediately.
What you'll do
- Reply fast to inbound WhatsApp leads coming in from our Meta ads (currently 30-80+ conversations a day)
- Follow a ready-made script and brochure to answer questions — you won't be writing pitches from scratch
- Handle common objections (safety, pricing, "what's included") using prepared responses
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads who've asked to be called
- Send the payment link and actively push people through to a completed registration, not just an interested reply
- Log every conversation and its status in a simple shared tracker
Who this is for
- Comfortable and quick on WhatsApp — good typing speed, natural conversational tone, not robotic or copy-paste-y
- Fluent in Hindi and English (our leads are Chandigarh-based)
- Some experience with sales, customer support, or community/event management is a big plus — but a fast learner who's genuinely good with people can pick this up in a day
- Available to check in and respond throughout the day, every day, for the next ~2 weeks (this is not a once-a-day job — leads go cold fast if replies are slow)
- Trustworthy and comfortable representing our brand voice on a linked WhatsApp device (you won't need our personal phone or handle any payments directly — customers pay via a secure link)
Duration & commitment
15 days. Expect real daily hours, not a passive check-in — this is the core sales engine for the event's final push.
Pay
₹5000 + ₹500 for every confirmed, paid registration you close. Paid out at the end of the engagement (or split, if preferred).
