Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling outbound calls, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. This role offers excellent learning opportunities for candidates looking to build a successful career in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's laboratory testing and certification services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Stay updated on the company's testing services and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Quick learner with a willingness to understand technical services.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
