Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage client relationships effectively, driving outcomes independently in internal and external calls/meetings. Oversee end-to-end business processes, including due diligence, large business transitions, and BAU operations. Lead efficiency improvement initiatives and automation projects (RPA or other tools) to drive business transformation. Forecast and address operational risks and challenges, ensuring timely resolution. Build and manage high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and people management. Develop and maintain reporting and MIS, including internal/external governance decks and analytical projections. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operational standards, maintaining high service quality across shifts.
